That depends on the tour!
- North American Coach Tours: maximum of 50 guests.
- International & Specialty tours: the average number is 25- 30 guests.
- Women Xplorers: maximum of 20 xplorers.
We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and can assist with diabetic, gluten-free and other medically recommended diets. Please advise us at the time of booking.
Documents are normally sent out 2- 3 weeks prior to your departure providing your trip is paid in full and all necessary documentation has been received.
This depends on the tour, please see your itinerary highlights for the number of meals included on the specific tour you are interested in.
Yes, accommodations for all nights of the tour are included. We stay in 4* - 5* hotels, but sometimes in remote areas that is not possible

The tour director is not assigned until closer to departure. They can change at any time and will be indicated with your documents.
Tours require a minimum number of passengers to go. Once the minimum number of bookings has been met, the tour becomes guaranteed.

Depending on the day, your tour will depart from the hotel in the morning usually between 7 - 9 am. You may stop at an attraction or stop for a coffee break to stretch your legs and use the restroom. A lunch break typically happens around noon but can be earlier or later depending on the location. You may stop at more attractions or take a coffee break or photo stop to stretch your legs in the afternoon before arriving to the hotel. Your evenings are usually free to explore the area and go for dinner.
