Itinerary
Day 1 – Home City to Winnipeg or Devil's Lake, ND
North coach passengers will travel Highway 16 east picking up along the way en route to Winnipeg. The south coach will travel south crossing into North Dakota and spend the night in Fargo.
Day 2 – Winnipeg/Fargo to Minneapolis, MN/Eau Claire, WI
Travel day heading south.
Day 3 – Minneapolis/Eau Claire to Bloomington, IL/Champaign, IL
From country to city on today’s drive. Look way up to the towering skyscrapers of Chicago.
Day 4 – Bloomington/Champaign to Louisville, KY
“Ladies & Gentlemen start your engines”, the highlight of the day will be the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.
Day 5 – Louisville to Gatlinburg, TN
First stop will be at Churchill Downs for a visit to the Kentucky Derby Museum. From there, pass through the Lexington Bluegrass Region and the Smoky Mountains on the way to Pigeon Forge, your home for the next two nights. This evening, visit Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner & Show for a unique experience.
Day 6 – Gatlinburg
A fun-filled afternoon at Dollywood, where there’s music, shows, crafts, displays, and Chasing Rainbows, Dolly’s very own museum. After dinner stay awhile to enjoy the 4 million or so lights throughout the park.
Day 7 – Gatlinburg to Nashville, TN
If Nashville is the heart of country music, the venue this evening is its soul. You’ve seen your favourite country artists perform here on TV, or heard them on the radio, and tonight you’ll see them live at The Grand Ole Opry. This will be an evening to remember!
Day 8 – Nashville
Today starts with a tour of the famous RCA Studio B which is the oldest surviving recording studio in Nashville and one of the most famous studios in the world. Then it’s over to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. This museum is home to thousands of priceless artifacts, images, and sounds that have inspired young and old from around the globe. After lunch, there will be a locally guided City Tour of Nashville.
Day 9 – Nashville to Memphis, TN
This morning, it’s off to the Land of the Blues, Memphis and a fabulous Elvis Experience Tour & Airplanes at Graceland, legendary home of The King, the late, great Elvis Presley.
Day 10 – Memphis to Branson, MO
Travelling through the beautiful Ozark Mountains to your home for the next four nights, Branson. First up The Presley’s Country Christmas Jubilee Show, the perfect country gospel variety show that the whole family can enjoy. The show features the popular Presley family, a troupe of local musical legends who have performed in the Ozarks for four generations. Combining hilarious comedy and classic country music, Presley's Country Jubilee is a must-see experience!
Day 11 – Branson
This morning’s show will be Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express Morning Show. Clay and his cast of 24 incredible entertainers show their versatility while performing all styles of music including country, rock n roll and gospel The singing, dancing and hysterical comedy will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish! Clay Cooper’s Country Express is MORE than country!The afternoon is free to catch up on some rest or take in an optional show. Closeout the evening with the “Miracle of Christmas” at the Sight & Sound Theatre. Journey alongside Mary and Joseph, a flock of surprised shepherds, and three wisemen – along with their camels! There may be no room at the inn, but a lowly stable prepared as the angels announce the coming of Messiah! Experience Miracle of Christmas as it comes to life on stage with massive sets and live animals in this cherished holiday production.
Day 12 – Branson
A free morning for optional shows or shopping. This afternoon’s show is the Dutton Family Matinee Show. The Duttons are international touring and recording artists who perform bluegrass to classical music and everything in between. Their show features a variety of instruments, including violin, guitar, bass, viola, banjo, mandolin, keyboard, harmonic, and drums, among others. The Duttons are accomplished singers and dancers and have been recognized as superb vocal talents. What sets them apart from most shows is their ability to connect with their audiences. Enjoy dinner this evening, where Jimmy Fortune will make a special appearance before the show. Fortune sang tenor for the legendary Statler Brothers for 21 years. This performer has honed his skill and performs with excellent craftsmanship. Not only is Fortune a talented singer, but his songwriting skills are on point as well. It is sure to be a concert to remember, offering a musical journey and one of the finest live shows. Prepare for a night of ‘toe-tapping' country music as Fortune weaves together masterful tenor and bluegrass twang to create a performance any country music lover will enjoy.
Day 13 – Branson
The last morning in Branson is at leisure to catch up on some rest, go shopping, or take in an optional show. This afternoon, enjoy a fabulous Dinner Cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle. The Showboat Branson Belle evokes the spirit of a bygone era when riverboat adventure, glamorous travel and dazzling entertainment converged into what we remember as Those Grand Old Showboatin’ Days! Enjoy festive holiday entertainment, delicious dining, and gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake aboard America's most entertaining Christmas cruise! Tonight’s show is the Haygood Evening Show. The Haygoods bring down the house night after night with incredibly tight harmonies, innovative, energetic choreography, and epic performances with over 20 different instruments! The Haygoods are modern family entertainment at its best! This group of six siblings, (5 brothers and 1 sister), bring an all-new show to the Branson stage EVERY YEAR! Stunning visual effects and a state of the art unique, creative stage presentation are the backdrop to an amazing array of musical styles, performed with more energy and excitement than anything you have ever witnessed!
Day 14 – Branson to St. Joseph, MO
After all the non-stop excitement it will be nice to sit back and relax as we start our journey home. A stop at Pony Express Museum this morning and then it’s off to St Joseph.
Day 15 – St. Joseph to Watertown, SD
After a day of travelling, the stop overnight is in Watertown, South Dakota. This evening, join your fellow travellers, tour director and bus driver for a WestWorld Tours Farewell Dinner and show (you may even find yourself assisting with the entertainment).
Day 16 – Watertown to Minot, ND/Winnipeg, MB
After a duty free stop the ‘North’ coach heads for Winnipeg where we say goodbye to our Manitoba passengers. The ‘South’ coach will continue to Minot for one more night in the USA.
Day 17 – Winnipeg/Minot to Saskatchewan
This is the last day of the tour as both coaches make their way to Saskatchewan. The ‘North’ coach heads for Saskatoon, and after a Duty Free & Customs stop at North Portal, the ‘South’ coach will go north to Regina and home.
